Design
The products are designed for ‘long design life’ by a dedicated team of experts. Finite Element Analysis (FEA, Structural, Thermal and Shock) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) are employed to fine-tune the designs. Rigorous prototype development and functional qualification tests ensure that the designs are translated into high performance products.

Manufacture
The products are manufactured in an access-controlled precision manufacturing centre equipped with:
- CNC Machining Centres
- CNC Horizontal Boring Machines
- Special purpose
- Specialised Welding Machines
The products are assembled in a 10K Clean Room, and cleaned and packed using a customised protocol to ensure product integrity is maintained during transit and storage.
